Shilpa was my first experience with a therapist. From our sessions, she seemed very level-headed and professional. She really seemed to listen to what I said, and remembered most of the details of our conversations. She was also an active participant in our conversations, often giving me relevant questions and insights to respond to, which I definitely appreciated since I personally have some anxiety when it comes to keeping conversations going. I also had an issue that I was somewhat embarrassed to talk about. Shilpa really seemed to understand and empathize with the underlying feelings behind my issue. If you're looking for a therapist, Shilpa is definitely worth a try.
